Judgement was passed in session held on 31/03/2014: the defendant shall pay one hundred thousand pounds and bear the expenses of publishing the judgement Al-Joumhouria and Al-Akhbar newspapers in addition to other related criminal expenses. Judgement shall stay of execution for three years after final judgement issuance. Civil prosecution dropping the civil case shall be confirmed.
