Subject: Creating a misleading impression by publishing an advertisement of “Suzuki” car prices in Al-Ahram newspaper and raising such prices afterwards

The Company did not provide the referred to service and refused to refund the consumer when asked.

Judgment was passed in the session held on 22/02/2015: the defendant shall pay twenty thousand pounds, publish the judgment in Al-Ahram and Akhbar newspapers and bear the criminal expenses.
